With over 18 years of experience in the technology industry, I am a innovative leader who excels at developing and delivering user-centric solutions. I thrive in people management and highly technical IC roles, both are equally interesting to me. I have lead teams as small as 2-3 developers up to multiple cross-functional teams totaling up to 50 people.

I am proficient in full-stack development, primarily focusing on front-end technologies, such as Micro-frontends, GraphQL, JavaScript/ TypeScript, Next.js, React, and React Native. I employ styling patterns like SASS, Styled-Components, and CSS-in-JS.

My passion is building Design Systems. I have personally designed and implemented 4 Design Systems and have managed 2 Design System teams as a leader. I have a strong product strategy mindset, translating abstract requirements into concrete solutions that align with organizational goals.
